EXTERIOR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

IMR-INDUSTRIALESUD S.p.A., a leading company in the molding and finishing of plastic materials, large shapes and micro-molding, has developed an environmental management system whose implementation is aimed at progressively reduce the impact on the environment.

As part of the implementation of this program, the Company intends to adopt the concept that minimizing and keeping its environmental impacts under control is an integral part of proper management of the production activity.

In accordance with this choice, the Company undertakes to:

• Carry out its activities in compliance with environmental legislation.
• Pursue the continuous improvement of products, processes, services and activities while at the same time preventing any form of pollution and protecting the environment.
• Rationalize, as far as possible, the consumption of energy and natural resources.
• Reduce and recover waste.
• Adopt medium-long term programs for all production sites necessary to safeguard the environment, which will be continuously updated in relation to technological development, new discoveries and to the experiences gained.
• Promote the growth of the professionalism and environmental awareness of its staff and third parties with whom it works, through information and training.
• Evaluate the explicit and implicit needs of all those affected or who have an influence on the environmental impacts generated by the company.
• Inform employees, suppliers and contractors of this Environmental Policy, promoting close collaboration in order to achieve the best results in terms of environmental performance.
• The Environmental Policy document is made available to the public.

The Company intends to maintain and promote constructive communication relationships with local communities and with the Authorities of the various sectors relating to the Environment.
